# Mounting Bridge

## Wall Bracket Anchoring

2x4 Wooden Studs

| Method            | Stud Requirements                           | Fastener Requirements                                                                              |
| :---------------- | :------------------------------------------ | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Surface Mount** | Min. 1 stud (center or off-center)          | 1x fastener (min. 1/4" dia) into stud (min 2" depth)<br />1x fastener into wall with >=30lb anchor |
| **Semi-Flush**    | 2 adjacent studs 14.5" apart(16" on center) | 4x #8 fasteners (2 per side) into studs (min 1" depth)                                             |

## Surface Mount

<Steps>
  <Step title="Dry fit bracket">
    Dry fit bracket over stud. Mark wall at bottom of Bridge, then measure up 22" to position bracket.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Install bracket">
    Install bracket using min. 2 screws (1 must be in stud).

  <Step title="Hang enclosure">
    Hang enclosure on bracket. The Bridge can slide +/- 1" for alignment.

  <Step title="Install anchors">
    Secure enclosure by installing two anchors through the lower embosses.

  Enclosure must extend at least 3" from wall surface for door clearance.
